Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and exchange policy covers 30 days after purchase. 

In order to exchange an item for a different color, size, item, etc., the exchange item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We will refund or replace defective items. Please email a photo of the defective or damaged item to walkingfishpottery@gmail.com.

When we have received the photo and confirmed the defect, we will issue a refund according to the original method of payment.

In the case of a credit card, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card account.

Shipping for Exchanges and Returns

If the item is defective, then Walking Fish Pottery will cover shipping costs.

If you are requesting an exchange, then  the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
