Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and exchange policy lasts 30 days. 

To  exchange an item for a different color, size, item, etc., the exchange item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We will refund or replace items if they are defective. Email a photo of the defective or damaged item to walkingfishpottery@gmail.com.

Once we have received the photo and confirmed the defect, we will issue a refund according to the original method of payment.

In the case of a credit card, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card account within a certain amount of days.

Shipping for Exchanges and Returns

If the item is defective Walking Fish Pottery will cover shipping costs.

If you are requesting an exchange, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
